The “Friends of Cassie” got the Holiday Joy started early by hosting a Christmas Party for our residential Church House this Christmas season. “We feel extremely Blessed to be able to share this joyous season with the residents,” said Terry Bryant, Cassie’s Mom. “And, we are so grateful to all those who took part either by donation or helping host the event.”
With the help of family and friends, Church House was outfitted with lots of new items for the kitchen: rugs for entrance ways, pots and pans, drinking glasses, dinner dishes, serving bowls, cooking utensils and food storage containers.
Each of the residents received: a monogrammed back pack, 2 sets of sheets, new bedding sets, pillows, bath towels, personal care items, as well as other personal gifts for each.
Church House is additionally Blessed this year as “Friends of Cassie” were able to purchase a new outdoor storage shed that will be delivered and set up before the new year.
“We greatly appreciate the care our daughter receives at The Arc of the St. Johns,” Mrs. Bryant said. “And all of us are honored to assist in helping to create the best possible environment for the residents.”
